Policies

Deposit Policy~

  • All new clients booking will require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. Your Stylist will get in contact with you to pay either a deposit of $25 (Haircuts/treatments) or $50 (color services).

  • Failure to pay deposit will result in your appointment request being denied and/or canceled.

Cancellation Policy~

  • If you would like to move or cancel your appointment, we require that you do so at least 48hrs in advance of your appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment or cancellations made with less than 48hr notice will result in retention of your $50 deposit.  

  • All returning client appointments also require that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48hrs in advance of your appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment or cancellations made with less than 48hr notice will result in a $50 fee for color appointments and $25 fee for all other appointments. You will not be allowed to rebook with us until the cancellation fee has been paid. 

  • We do take into account the fact that some instances cannot be helped. Repeated cancellations without advanced notice or multiple no shows will result in loss of future appointments unless said appointments are paid in advance.
